How it works
- Offer the bunny by the rope arms
Hold the twisted rope arms as handles and let your dog sniff and investigate the soft, plush bunny body. - Start a game of tug
Encourage your dog to grab the bunny’s body while you hold the rope arms. As they tug and chomp, the internal squeakers burst into action and keep the game exciting. - Bite, squeak, shake!
Built with 16 squeakers in the arms plus extra squeakers in the head and body, almost every bite, paw or shake triggers sound, keeping your dog mentally engaged and keen to keep playing. - Switch to fetch or cuddle time
When tug time is over, toss the floppy bunny for a quick game of fetch, or let your dog enjoy some supervised cuddle time with their plush buddy. The soft, floppy shape mimics the wiggly movement of prey, which many dogs find very satisfying.
Features & benefits
- Interactive tug toy for bonding
Designed specifically for tug-of-war and shared games between you and your dog, helping you channel their energy into positive, structured play. - Loaded with squeakers for extra stimulation
Features 16 squeakers in the arms plus extra squeakers in the head and body, so almost every grab, tug or shake rewards your dog with fun squeaks. - K9 Tuff Guard™ construction
Made with tough canvas-style lining, reinforced backing and double-stitched seams to add durability compared to standard plush toys (still not indestructible, but designed for more robust play). - Floppy, chase-worthy design
The soft, floppy bunny body is great for shaking, tossing and chasing, tapping into natural grab-and-shake behaviours in a safe, playful way. - Rope arms as built-in handles
Twisted rope arms act as comfortable handles so you can hold on securely and keep your hands a safe distance from your dog’s mouth during tug games. - Textured for sensory enrichment
A mix of plush fabric and rope provides different textures for your dog to mouth, grip and explore, adding to the enrichment value. - Supports mental & physical exercise
Tug and fetch help burn physical energy, while the squeakers, textures and interactive play provide a good mental workout and help relieve boredom. - From the Charming Pet / Outward Hound family

Enrichment ideas
- Use a short, energetic tug session with the bunny as a high-value reward after training, recall practice or loose-lead walking.
- Practise impulse control by asking for a “sit” and “wait” before you give the cue “take it!” to start the tug game.
- Play “find your bunny” by hiding the toy in another room and encouraging your dog to sniff it out, then reward their search with a tug session.
- Pair a tug-and-fetch session with a snuffle mat, lick mat or puzzle feeder afterwards to help your dog wind down with calmer foraging.
- Rotate this toy with other plush toys, tugs and puzzle games across the week to keep things fresh and reduce boredom.
Safety & care
This is an interactive enrichment toy, not a chew toy. Always supervise your dog during play, especially if they are strong or determined chewers. No toy is indestructible: remove the toy if it becomes damaged or if your dog starts to rip off pieces or destroy seams. Choose toys that are appropriate for your dog’s size and play style. Inspect regularly and replace if parts become loose. Spot clean or hand wash with mild, pet-safe detergent and allow to air dry completely before the next play session.
Dog Games Australia is a small, Australian-owned family business based in Brisbane. We source our products from trusted Australian wholesalers and carefully choose toys that add more mental stimulation, play and interaction to your dog’s day—just like the Thunda Tugga Bunny, a fun, squeaky tug toy our own Chief Toy Testers Atlas & Ares would happily shake and squeak.
