How it works

1. Fill the petals with food
   Scatter dry treats or part of your dog’s daily kibble allowance between the layered “petals” and around the centre of the sunflower. Tuck pieces in slightly so they don’t fall straight out.
2. Place the mat on the floor
   Set the Snuffle Sunflower Mat down on a flat surface and show your dog a couple of easy pieces to get them started, especially if they’re new to snuffle mats.
3. Let your dog sniff and forage
   Your dog uses their nose to search through the petals, nudging and snuffling to find each hidden piece. This slows down how quickly they eat and encourages calm, focused behaviour.
4. Collect and clean
