How it works

1. Load the snuffle sections
   Scatter dry treats or part of your dog’s daily kibble allowance throughout the fabric folds and pockets around the mat. Tuck some pieces a little deeper so your dog has to really sniff them out.
2. Prepare the central lick mat
   Remove the centre lick mat and spread it with dog-safe soft food such as wet food, yoghurt, mashed vegetables or a smear of peanut butter. You can use just the snuffle area, just the lick mat, or both together depending on how big a challenge you want.
3. Set up and secure
   Place the mat on the floor. Use the suction cup on the back to help anchor it on smooth surfaces (like tiles) to reduce sliding and keep things a bit tidier while your dog works.
4. Sniff, search and lick
   Your dog snuffles through the outer sections to find hidden food and licks the centre mat to work every last bit out of the grooves. The 48 cm diameter gives a generous foraging and licking area suitable for most dogs.
5. Clean up
