How it works
- Set up the base
Clip the included pawzles into the Pawzler base – each base has 12 anchoring spots, so you can mix and match layouts to suit your dog. - Load with food or treats
Sprinkle dry treats or part of your dog’s daily kibble into the different compartments of the Onix, Oli, Terra and Zhu pawzles. You can add a bit of soft food or peanut butter to the lick-style pawzle for extra motivation. - Let your dog explore
Your dog uses their nose, tongue and paws to slide lids, lift covers and move pieces to uncover the hidden rewards. The Level 1 mechanisms are designed to be intuitive and confidence-boosting. - Change it up
Rearrange the pawzles on the base, add extra pawzles, or use more than one base for bigger “puzzle boards” as your dog gets more skilled.

Enrichment ideas
– Use part or all of your dog’s normal kibble in the Beginner Set instead of feeding from a regular bowl.
– Mix kibble with a few high-value treats so your dog gets the occasional “jackpot” reward as they play.
– Smear a little wet food or dog-safe peanut butter into one pawzle to help nervous or inexperienced dogs engage.
– Rotate the Beginner Set with other puzzles, lick mats and snuffle mats across the week so it always feels fresh.
– Set it up in different rooms and ask your dog to “find your puzzle” before they start.
Safety & care
This is an interactive enrichment toy, not a chew toy, so always supervise your dog while they’re using it. Remove the puzzle once the food is finished or if your dog starts chewing on the pieces. Choose a difficulty level that matches your dog’s experience, and inspect the toy regularly for damage. Hand wash in warm, soapy water (or pop in the dishwasher if you prefer) and allow everything to dry fully before the next session.
